Funcionamiento
Product enters a weighing belt where a high-precision Mettler Toledo digital load cell samples weight in real time via a high-speed A/D controller. Reject decisions (over/under/missing) are issued to a downstream blow nozzle or pusher to remove out-of-spec products. Three operating modes: dynamic (in-line), static (belt stops while weighing — used below ~20 pcs/min for higher accuracy), and energy-saving (auto stop/restart on idle).
