Funcionamiento
Compound pulsation steam sterilization: vacuum pump performs multi-stage negative pressure pulsations + cross pressure pulsations + positive pressure pulses (0–99 cycles adjustable) to remove air from porous loads, then admits saturated steam from external generator (or jacket) for sterilization at programmed temperature and time. Vacuum or pulsation drying then removes moisture. Plate heat exchanger cools vacuum exhaust; water-saving condenser reduces cooling water consumption by ~30%.

1Compound pulsation steam sterilization: vacuum pump performs multi-stage negative pressure pulsations + cross pressure pulsations + positive pressure pulses (0–99 cycles adjustable) to remove air from porous loads, then admits saturated steam from external generator (or jacket) for sterilization at programmed temperature and time.
