Funcionamiento
Raw materials are mixed in vertical high-speed mixers (centrifugal feeder paddle + high-speed crusher paddle creating vortex circulation, 200–400 kg/batch). The wet mixed material is granulated through rotary granulators (350 mm sieve drum, mesh Φ1.0–3.0 mm; press paddle and grinding knife extrude through screen; rotating cutters chop into uniform cylindrical granules, 95%+ yield). Granules dry on a ZLG1.5×9 vibrating fluid-bed dryer with 7.5 kW heating blower drawing natural-gas-heated air at 120 °C through HEPA pre-filter; 22 kW induced-draft fan exhausts via CZT-Φ1200 cyclone separator. Final centrifugal sieve classifies dried granules.
