Funcionamiento
Material is loaded into the SUS316 4 mm-thick square-cone mixing pan (optionally fed by the bundled vacuum loader). The pan rotates around an offset axis driven by a Wuxi 5.5 kW motor through a Hangzhou Baiyun WPKA135 worm-gear reducer. The dual-cone tumbling geometry plus offset axis produces uniform mixing without dead corners. With the optional forced-stir kit, an internal stirrer adds shear to break agglomerates and homogenise damp or fine powders. After the timed cycle, the SUS316 Φ200 butterfly valve discharges through the lower apex.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Material is loaded into the SUS316 4 mm-thick square-cone mixing pan (optionally fed by the bundled vacuum loader).
