Funcionamiento
Material is fed via hopper into a horizontal crushing chamber. Two movable blade frames on the spindle each carry 3 moving knives (6 total); 4 fixed knives are mounted on the cabinet wall. As the spindle (~500 rpm) rotates, material is sheared between the 6 moving and 4 fixed knives and impact-crushed by centrifugal force. Crushed material passes through an interchangeable SUS304 screen below the fixed knives and flows out the discharge port; output size is set by screen choice (0.5–20 mm).

Inspect crushing chamber for metals/hard objects before each batch (will damage knives). Adjust moving-to-fixed-knife clearance; ensure screen is unblocked. Replace blades when worn (signs: reduced throughput, uneven particle size). To change screen: unscrew hopper fixing screws, swing hopper back, unscrew fixed knife, lift out the screen.
