SED-1500CH-L Trough Shape Mixer (CH type) — widely used for mixing powdered or wet materials, ensuring uniform mixing of main and auxiliary materials at different ratios. Trough capacity 1,500 L; single-batch fill 40–60%
Funcionamiento
Electric motor drives a V-belt → worm gear/worm wheel → mixing paddle at 24 r/min. Unidirectional thrust ball bearings and radial thrust bearings at both ends of the mixing shaft prevent radial displacement. When pouring, rotating the handwheel tilts the mixing box; the worm gear's self-locking feature allows discharge at any angle.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Spin the rotating oil cup for mixing-shaft sliding bearings no fewer than 6 times per shift; do not over-spin. Fill worm gear boxes at both ends with 20# mechanical oil until the worm gear/worm is immersed; replace oil every 3 months. Fill rolling bearings with calcium-based grease to approximately 1/3 of inner cavity. Adjust V-belt tension periodically. Protect electrical lines from moisture.
