Funcionamiento

Speed reducer drives the V-shaped cylinder rotation. The asymmetric two-arm cylinder geometry creates differential potential energy as the material decomposes and recombines during rotation, producing transverse and radial flows that mix the material without mechanical extrusion or strong friction. Each rotation moves about 25% of material from one cylinder arm to the other. Operator panel allows time setting (S/M/H), Start/Stop and Inching modes.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Pre-shift: wipe outer surface with clean wet towel; open machine and wipe inside; clean hopper with towel and 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside; sanitize hopper with 75% industrial alcohol. After each batch: remove rotating drum and clear remaining powder; clean inside cylinder thoroughly to prevent residue. For long idle periods: wipe the entire body, coat parts with rust-proof oil, cover with cloth canopy.
