Funcionamiento
Corrugated cardboard sheets are fed by the SED-3000ZSZJ-A automatic paper feeder onto a chain that pushes them through the upper/lower slotting blade rolls (Ø156 mm, hard-chromed) and the upper/lower creasing rolls (Ø110 mm, hard-chromed) at 50–60 sheets/min. Slot position is adjustable on-the-fly through the 360° computer phase indicator without stopping. Electric clutch with pneumatic brake separates/engages the unit; pneumatic locking holds settings. Gears lubricated by a single-pump spray system.

1Corrugated cardboard sheets are fed by the SED-3000ZSZJ-A automatic paper feeder onto a chain that pushes them through the upper/lower slotting blade rolls (Ø156 mm, hard-chromed) and the upper/lower creasing rolls (Ø110 mm, hard-chromed) at 50–60 sheets/min.
