Funcionamiento
1. Bottles are manually loaded into the elevator hopper. 2. The elevator conveys bottles into the unscrambler bin. 3. Inside the bin, turntable rotation pushes bottles into individual pockets where they self-orient; inverted bottles are flipped upright by the flip mechanism, upright bottles pass directly. 4. Correctly oriented bottles exit through the air-conveyor outlet to the downstream conveyor. Photoelectric jam detection triggers alarm and stop.
