Funcionamiento
High-viscosity material is loaded through the feed port into the sealed bucket → lid is sealed and vacuum is applied through 2 air ports to degas the material → pneumatic lifter (button-controlled) raises/lowers bucket body for easy disassembly and cleaning → after degassing the bucket couples directly to a ceramic piston pump for pressurized filling without transfer (for extremely low-flowability materials an optional piston filler can be added) → optional auto-feed device monitors and auto-replenishes material in real time.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1High-viscosity material is loaded through the feed port into the sealed bucket → lid is sealed and vacuum is applied through 2 air ports to degas the material → pneumatic lifter (button-controlled) raises/lowers bucket body for easy disassembly and cleaning → after degassing the bucket couples directly to a ceramic piston pump for pressurized filling without transfer (for extremely low-flowability materials an optional piston filler can be added) → optional auto-feed device monitors and auto-replenishes material in real time.
