Funcionamiento
Syringes are manually placed into the hopper elevator → centrifugal organiser sorts syringes and feeds them intermittently via a chute into a servo-driven bottle-distributing mechanism (12 syringes per cycle) → the distributor rotates 90° to feed 12 syringes horizontally into the bottle-inverting mechanism → another 90° flip positions syringe tips upward into the indexing synchronous-belt fixture blocks → a photoelectric sensor verifies syringe presence → the filling nozzle descends automatically and seals the syringe tip; the ceramic rotary-valve plunger pump pressure-fills the drug liquid → syringes index to the capping station where two vibratory bowl feeders (spiral + linear) orient caps; servo-driven capping mechanism presses caps on → finished product exits; rejects are automatically ejected.
