Funcionamiento
Material rides on a stainless-steel conveyor through a tunnel-shaped chamber housing two microwave generators that feed 2450 MHz energy from the top via standard rectangular waveguides. Toshiba/Panasonic air-cooled magnetrons heat the moisture in the product; vapor rises and is exhausted from the chamber top by a 3 kW centrifugal fan via PVC ducting (bottom-in / top-out airflow design). Inductive comb-tooth + absorber leakage suppressors at both ends keep external leakage below 5 mW/cm^2 at 5 cm. PLC and HMI auto-tune microwave power to maintain set temperature (60-300 degC, configurable per material) using a German Optris IR sensor (15:1 spot ratio). A door-interlock prevents microwave operation while the chamber door is open.
