Funcionamiento
Bottles entering on the 31 m industrial nylon-link conveyor are spaced by an industrial screw separator and indexed into a rotating turntable by a star wheel. The rotary turret holds bottles upright on grippers as they spin past the high-speed servo-driven label dispenser; OPP/paper labels are cut to length and a hot-melt glue applicator coats only the two ends of the label. As the bottle continues to rotate, an arc-shaped sponge press head wraps and presses the label onto the bottle. Color-mark sensors (Panasonic) detect the label, while photoelectric sensors confirm bottle presence and missed-label conditions; a Wenlonn 10-inch HMI lets the operator adjust speed via Delixi inverter.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Bottles entering on the 31 m industrial nylon-link conveyor are spaced by an industrial screw separator and indexed into a rotating turntable by a star wheel.
2The rotary turret holds bottles upright on grippers as they spin past the high-speed servo-driven label dispenser; OPP/paper labels are cut to length and a hot-melt glue applicator coats only the two ends of the label.
