Funcionamiento
Static vacuum drying. 144 trays of material sit on a 12-layer round-tube heater rack (heating tubes phi 18 x 2 and phi 45 x 2.5 mm, SUS304). Hot water from the 1000 L SUS304 tank is circulated through the heater. The 22 kW vacuum pump evacuates the chamber to -0.099 MPa via piping that includes a SUS304 condenser, an SUS304 air-water separator and an 8 mm-wall SUS304 buffer tank, allowing solvent recovery and protection of the pump.

1Static vacuum drying.
2144 trays of material sit on a 12-layer round-tube heater rack (heating tubes phi 18 x 2 and phi 45 x 2.5 mm, SUS304).
3Hot water from the 1000 L SUS304 tank is circulated through the heater.
