Funcionamiento
Static vacuum drying: trays of material rest on 12 layers of round heating tubes inside a vacuum chamber. The vacuum pump draws air and moisture out of the chamber, lowering the boiling point and accelerating evaporation. Low-pressure or surplus steam supplies heat to the round-tube heater. An optional condenser recovers solvents; an SK-series water-ring vacuum pump can replace the condenser to simplify the system.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Static vacuum drying: trays of material rest on 12 layers of round heating tubes inside a vacuum chamber.
2The vacuum pump draws air and moisture out of the chamber, lowering the boiling point and accelerating evaporation.
3Low-pressure or surplus steam supplies heat to the round-tube heater.
4An optional condenser recovers solvents; an SK-series water-ring vacuum pump can replace the condenser to simplify the system.
