Funcionamiento
Tablet or sphere cores tumble in a rotating coating pan with adjustable speed via VFD (8–32 rpm). Coating solution is sprayed onto the bed and air-dried in repeated passes. After coating, the pan tips via a dedicated 1.5 kW motor to discharge the batch into the matched trolley/hopper for transfer to the next process step.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Tablet or sphere cores tumble in a rotating coating pan with adjustable speed via VFD (8–32 rpm).
2Coating solution is sprayed onto the bed and air-dried in repeated passes.
3After coating, the pan tips via a dedicated 1.5 kW motor to discharge the batch into the matched trolley/hopper for transfer to the next process step.
