Funcionamiento
PLC-controlled cycle: tubes auto-feed into cup holders, color-mark sensor positions print, interior cleaning, two filling nozzles descend deep into the tube and dose stage-by-stage from bottom-up to avoid bubbles and overflow. Swiss Leister hot-air gun heats the tube tail interior via an annular heater while an external annular water-cooled jacket cools the outer wall (Schneider-controlled industrial chiller circulates), then the tail is hot-melt sealed, embossed with code, trimmed (flat or shaped) and the finished tube is discharged. Pneumatic train uses multi-stage oil/water filtration for clean compressed air.
Proceso de funcionamiento
