Funcionamiento
Liquid feed (~20% solids, ~80% moisture) is pumped by a GF30-1 screw pump (3 kW) into a centrifugal atomizer (XH-300, 5.5 kW, 15000-18000 rpm, phi160 mm) inside a phi3000 mm SS316L drying chamber. Hot air from a gas-fired furnace (220,000 kcal, 200°C inlet) is supplied by an 18.5 kW SUS304 blower through a phi1100 mm inlet duct (aluminum-silicate insulated, 80 mm). Dried powder is collected via two-stage cyclones (phi1100 + phi1400, SUS304). A closed discharge fan (TFGY5L 1.1 kW) drops powder. A 45 kW Siemens exhaust fan (KEWO 45 kW inverter) removes spent air. Air hammers (3 groups, 12 pieces) prevent wall buildup. Outlet air temperature approximately 90°C. Final powder moisture approximately 5%.
Proceso de funcionamiento
