SED-120P-K — Automatic Blister Packaging Machine

Indexed forming-filling-sealing process: PVC hard sheet (or hard aluminum) is pulled through the machine by traction cylinders; upper/lower heaters preheat the film; vacuum/positive forming creates the blister cavities; brush feeder loads tablets/capsules into pockets; PTP aluminum (or dialysis paper) is laid over the top and heat-sealed; batch number/date is embossed; die cutting separates finished blisters output to a collection tray. Photoelectric sensors and optional photocell registering correction maintain alignment.
