Funcionamiento
After adjusting the guide rail of the carton storage according to carton specifications, cartons are manually placed into the carton feeder. A suction cup erects each carton into a square shape; the bottom flap is closed and the carton is placed on the chain conveyor. When the in-feed material is detected, the leaflet folding device takes a leaflet and folds it (1-4 fold) per requirement and places it together with the product. After loading, the chain conveyor guides the carton to the sealing area, where it is sealed by tuck-in or glue-spraying.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1After adjusting the guide rail of the carton storage according to carton specifications, cartons are manually placed into the carton feeder.
2A suction cup erects each carton into a square shape; the bottom flap is closed and the carton is placed on the chain conveyor.
3When the in-feed material is detected, the leaflet folding device takes a leaflet and folds it (1-4 fold) per requirement and places it together with the product.
