Funcionamiento
Centre-wound rewinder: parent reel mounts on a 3-inch pneumatic air-shaft fitted with a clutch-brake for tension control. Manual left/right position adjustment (±50 mm) aligns the web. The web feeds through a rubber-covered nip (pressure) roller onto a 1.5-inch pneumatic air-shaft driven by a 5 HP (4 kW) AC motor with variable-frequency drive. Rewind tension is controlled manually. Both unwind and rewind brakes use clutch-brake assemblies.
