Funcionamiento

Empty bottles are placed (or fed in-line from upstream) onto the chain-drive bottle-stop conveyor. A 200 W gear-motor drives the chain through a controllable speed drive at 30-50 bottles/min. As each bottle passes under the 1200 mm-effective UV cover, a bank of 253.7 nm short-wave germicidal lamps inside the cover irradiates the bottle interior; the UV-C dose (a function of lamp output, dwell time, and bottle geometry) inactivates microorganisms on the inner surface. Bottles exit the channel ready for filling. Operator-adjustable conveyor speed sets the dwell / dose; lamp luminous flux is maintained >85% over rated life.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Power off and clean conveyor and UV cover with alcohol after each shift. Inspect chain for foreign matter before each use. Apply food-grade lubricant to chain joints / bearings every 7 days. Check electrical safety monthly.
