Funcionamiento
Eccentric weights mounted on the upper and lower ends of a vertical vibration motor convert rotational motion into 3-D vibrational motion (horizontal + vertical + inclined). This motion is transmitted via the large disc to the screen frame, causing material to move across the screen in a helical path. Phase angle between upper and lower eccentric weights can be adjusted to change material flow direction and speed. Screen can be changed in 3–5 minutes.
Proceso de funcionamiento
