SED-1200FS1-B Universal Crusher (FS1 series). High-efficiency crushing machine for weak-electric and high-temperature-resistant substances such as chemicals, medicine (TCM), food, spices, resin powder and coating powder.
Funcionamiento
Material is fed into the crushing chamber where a wind-wheel high-speed rotating blade (3300 rpm) and a fixed gear-disk impose impact, friction and shearing. Particles collide with each other and with the gear disks. Crushed material discharges by centrifugal force through a sizing mesh into a collection bag; the airflow generated in the chamber simultaneously sweeps heat out with the finished product, keeping the chamber cool. Output fineness is set by mesh selection (20–120 mesh).

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Pre-production: wipe outer surface and interior with clean wet towel; wipe hopper with clean towel then 75% industrial alcohol for sterilization. Post-shift: wipe inside/outside with wet towel; wipe hopper with towel + 75% alcohol. Disassemble door cover, mesh rack and movable disk for thorough cleaning. Clean filter bag regularly to maintain wind pressure.
