Funcionamiento
Material is fed by screw conveyor into the mill chamber, where it is sheared and milled by fast-rotating blades. Powder passes a guide ring into the classifier chamber. The rotating classification wheel imposes air drag and centrifugal force on each particle: particles larger than the critical diameter have higher mass and are thrown back into the mill chamber for re-grinding, while particles smaller than the cut diameter pass through to the cyclone separator and bag dust collector.
Proceso de funcionamiento
