Funcionamiento
Horizontal ribbon shaft carries an inner and outer spiral. When the agitator works, the inner screw drives material near the shaft center axially away from the discharge port; the outer screw drives material near the cylinder wall axially toward the discharge port. The opposed axial flows create convective mixing — material is thoroughly blended in a short time.

Detalles de conformidad
Warranty 12 months from installation, max 16 months after delivery. Replace reducer oil (20# mechanical oil) every 3 months. Pack rolling bearings 1/3 full with high-temperature grease. Belt tension should be checked and adjusted to prevent slipping/heat buildup.

Stainless steel construction enables easy washdown. Open the upper cover after stopping the machine to discharge or clean. Sealing parts at both ends of stirring shaft prevent contamination.
