SED-12-12XGS-Z — Vial Filling, Stoppering, and Crimping Integrated Machine

After sterilization, bottles are conveyed to the infeed mesh belt and pushed by the belt into the central large dial wheel. The large dial wheel drives bottles to the filling station, where filling needles synchronously track and insert into each bottle for liquid dispensing. After filling, the large dial wheel transfers bottles to a transition dial wheel, which conveys them to the automatic stoppering center turntable. After stoppering, bottles exit via an exit dial wheel. Filling uses plunger pumps (Chuangrui); pipeline has no dead angles or blind tubes; connections use quick-disconnect (sanitary clamp). Upper and lower pistons control drip-back from needle reciprocation.
