Funcionamiento
Batch high-shear emulsification: a high-speed rotor inside the work head creates centrifugal force that pulls material axially through the head from above and below; centrifugal force then throws material radially through the narrow precision gap between rotor and stator (tip speed >=15 m/s, up to 40 m/s) where mechanical and hydraulic shear, layer friction, and impact rupture, disperse, emulsify, and homogenize the product. Discharged through stator slots, the material recirculates through axial suction back to the head until processing is complete.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Batch high-shear emulsification: a high-speed rotor inside the work head creates centrifugal force that pulls material axially through the head from above and below; centrifugal force then throws material radially through the narrow precision gap between rotor and stator (tip speed >=15 m/s, up to 40 m/s) where mechanical and hydraulic shear, layer friction, and impact rupture, disperse, emulsify, and homogenize the product.
