Low-speed V-belt drive (120–360 rpm), eccentric throw 25–40 mm adjustable, generates three-dimensional tumbling motion (horizontal + vertical + throw). Material spreads evenly from center to outer rim across the screen surface, propagating axially in an open-spiral path. Particles near mesh size separate successfully; oversized particles are conveyed to the adjustable discharge guide, which controls flow and residence time. The process repeats between each screen layer.
