Funcionamiento
Roll-film bag forming and filling (10-station): 1 Film unwind → 2 Film fold → 3 Film forming → 4 Photomark detection → 5 Bottom seal → 6 Vertical seal → 7 Filling → 8 Top seal → 9 Cutter → 10 Bag draw. Cam-driven high-synchrony motion. Film tension: pneumatic shaft tensioning; motor constant-speed unwinding with no-film alarm. Temperature-controlled sealing via controller + thermocouple + heating rod + relay.
