Funcionamiento
Composite/foil/non-woven film unwinds from the roll (paper core ≤Φ76 mm ID, ≤Φ320 mm OD), runs through the photoelectric color-mark sensor, and forms around the down-tube. Inclined-screw auger meters powder into the formed bag (1-50 mL/bag, ±1-5% accuracy depending on material; auger change to shift volume range). Stepper-motor pull advances the next bag length, vertical sealing jaws make the back/side seal (6-8 mm), then horizontal jaws make the top/bottom seal (back / three-side / four-side configurable) and the flat or toothed knife cuts the bag. Siemens PLC + HMI runs the recipe and PID temperature control of the heaters.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Composite/foil/non-woven film unwinds from the roll (paper core ≤Φ76 mm ID, ≤Φ320 mm OD), runs through the photoelectric color-mark sensor, and forms around the down-tube.
