Funcionamiento
Roots blower (7.5 kW, 1460 rpm) generates vacuum through Φ89 mm PVC steel-wire hose connected to a stainless suction nozzle at the powder source. Material is drawn through the hose into the Φ600 mm SS304 hopper; the secondary filter (Φ72 × 300 mm) traps fines while air exits to the blower. A periodic compressed-air back-blow cleans the filter; the pneumatic gate then opens to discharge into the downstream machine. Level sensor and reversing system control the on/off cycle.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Roots blower (7.5 kW, 1460 rpm) generates vacuum through Φ89 mm PVC steel-wire hose connected to a stainless suction nozzle at the powder source.
2Material is drawn through the hose into the Φ600 mm SS304 hopper; the secondary filter (Φ72 × 300 mm) traps fines while air exits to the blower.
3A periodic compressed-air back-blow cleans the filter; the pneumatic gate then opens to discharge into the downstream machine.
4Level sensor and reversing system control the on/off cycle.
