Funcionamiento
Material is fed onto the top dispersing pan; controlled main and linear vibrators distribute the product into 10 feed hoppers, then into 10 weighing buckets. The CPU computes weights of every multi-bucket combination, ranks them by deviation from target, and selects the bucket combination closest to the target. The chosen buckets discharge into the collecting funnel or directly into the bagger. A weighing-sensor based level control turns the upstream elevator on/off automatically. Two methods of empty detection (photoelectric + load-cell weight). Communication with the bagger uses dry-contact request/discharge signals (red request light, green discharge-complete light).
Proceso de funcionamiento
