Funcionamiento
Filled glass bottles enter on the conveyor; an electromagnetic-resonance vibratory bowl orients aluminum caps and feeds them down a stainless track. Each bottle picks up a cap as it passes the cap-drop point and indexes under the planetary capping head. Four flexible capping knives close on the cap (two lock the skirt around the bottle neck, the other two roll the threads to match the bottle's thread profile) under spring-loaded torque. A fiber-optic sensor in the cap-feed tube halts the machine on missing/jammed caps; missing-bottle interlock prevents cap drop or capping if no bottle is present.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Filled glass bottles enter on the conveyor; an electromagnetic-resonance vibratory bowl orients aluminum caps and feeds them down a stainless track.
2Each bottle picks up a cap as it passes the cap-drop point and indexes under the planetary capping head.
