Funcionamiento
Bottles enter on the plastic-steel conveyor; 10-head free-flow (gravity) filling valves dispense the preset volume into each bottle in parallel. Filled bottles transfer to the rotary capper where caps are fed by vibratory bowl, counted, and tightened; then to the self-adhesive labeller for single label application.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Bottles enter on the plastic-steel conveyor; 10-head free-flow (gravity) filling valves dispense the preset volume into each bottle in parallel.
2Filled bottles transfer to the rotary capper where caps are fed by vibratory bowl, counted, and tightened; then to the self-adhesive labeller for single label application.
