Funcionamiento
Material is loaded via manual feed, vacuum loader, or elevator. The impeller (2.2 kW, VFD-controlled 20-500 rpm) drives centrifugal force; the pressure supply system injects binder through a spray gun while the chopper (0.55 kW, VFD-controlled 20-2900 rpm) rotates at high speed to form hollow spherical granules inside the conical bowl. After granulation, product is discharged to the next step (milling or drying). Pneumatic lid with auto-lock and inflatable silicone seal; pneumatic discharge valve at the lowest point with O-ring seal.
