SED-10SD-A — SED-10SD-A Multi-Material Counting and Filling Machine

Products are poured into the elevator hopper. Multi-stage vibration feeders with independently adjustable speed per stage convert the bulk product into a continuous single-file stream along vibration channel plates, falling one-by-one into the counting zone. Infrared dynamic scanning sensors (SICK) detect each item and relay signals to a high-speed microprocessor (MCU). Electronic and mechanical coordination achieves precise counting and dispensing into receptacle containers.
