SED-10GZ-T is a 5–10 kg/h dry granulator from the SED-10GZ family. Uses crystalline moisture in the powder to compact-and-granulate without binder or secondary drying. Roller Φ120×50 mm, VFD roller speed 1–50 rpm. Motors
Funcionamiento
Dry granulation: powder is metered quantitatively and uniformly into the compression hopper, maintaining a constant material level; the longitudinal conical screw inside pre-compresses and conveys powder to the nip between two compaction rollers where it is instantaneously force-compacted; after forming, pressure reduces as material exits the nip, which — together with elastic springback — causes the material to fall from the gap into the granulating system; granules are then screened and classified per the required particle size; undersized powder is returned to the hopper.
