Funcionamiento
Tablets/pills in a Φ580 mm SUS304 perforated drum driven by a VFD-controlled motor at 3–28 rpm. One adjustable ST-6 (Anest Iwata) spray gun on the door arm atomises the coating medium delivered by the BT-100CA253YXPPS (Jieheng) peristaltic pump. Inlet air passes through initial → intermediate → high-efficiency (0.5 μm, Class 100,000) three-stage filtration, heated by a stainless U-shaped heater to 40–80°C and supplied by the hot-air fan (0.75 kW explosion-proof, 1200 m³/h). The exhaust fan (2.2 kW explosion-proof, 3571 m³/h — must exceed the hot-air fan power) collects dust through a bag filter and maintains negative pressure in the drum zone, ensuring GMP-compliant exhaust. PLC + Siemens touchscreen controls the full cycle from power-on → system self-check → dual heaters → supply fan → induced-draft fan → VFD drive → vibration motor → circuit-break alarm.
