Funcionamiento

Powdered medicine and binder are mixed in the feed bin. The screw propeller extrudes the mixture through the discharge port to form a continuous strip of fixed diameter. The strip enters the pill-making roller group (interchangeable per pill size). Rolling action of paired rollers cuts and rounds the strip into uniform pills.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

After use: remove discharge port, withdraw screw, clean inside. Remove rollers per schematic. Clean rollers, press stick, dowel rod and apply small amount of grease. Clean feed bin. Keep surfaces clean and dry. Apply lubrication oil every 3–6 months.
