SED-10BRJ-X semi-automatic tube filling and sealing machine. Maximum speed 50 tubes/min, maximum sealing diameter 50 mm, maximum sealing length 220 mm. Filling volume options: 3–20 ml, 10–70 ml, 20–200 ml, or 30–300 ml.

Funcionamiento
Operator places tube in the holder; PLC-controlled indexing advances tube to filling station where a metered volume of ointment/cream/gel is dispensed. Tube then indexes to sealing station: Keyence color-mark photoelectric sensor aligns the tube imprint; Swiss LEISTER hot-air heater softens the tail; sealing jaws compress and fold/cut the tail to form a sealed crimp. Finished tubes are ejected and counted.
Proceso de funcionamiento
