Funcionamiento
Sanitary Nanfang CHL2-40 feed-water pumps (2 units) deliver pre-treated water through a 316L heat-recovery preheater into the rising-film 316L tube-shell evaporator (1–4 effects). 40 kW electric heating boils the water; resulting vapor passes through a 316L single-plate tube condenser, condensing to 100 L/h WFI which collects in the 500 L distilled-water storage tank. PLC-controlled valves and pumps automate the cycle; conductivity/temperature monitoring on WFI; non-condensable gases vented; all drain and condensate piping in polished 316L or 304.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Sanitary Nanfang CHL2-40 feed-water pumps (2 units) deliver pre-treated water through a 316L heat-recovery preheater into the rising-film 316L tube-shell evaporator (1–4 effects).
240 kW electric heating boils the water; resulting vapor passes through a 316L single-plate tube condenser, condensing to 100 L/h WFI which collects in the 500 L distilled-water storage tank.
3PLC-controlled valves and pumps automate the cycle; conductivity/temperature monitoring on WFI; non-condensable gases vented; all drain and condensate piping in polished 316L or 304.
