Funcionamiento
Worm-gear speed reducer (1:30 ratio) drives an eccentric wheel that pushes a gear rack reciprocally. The gear rack engages the drum's gear shaft, causing the φ100 mm rotating drum to swing 360° at 55 rpm. Wet powder loaded into the hopper is forced through the screen mesh by the swinging drum to form granules. For dry crushing: hardened lump material is broken by the five-angle hob action and forced through the mesh.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Pre-shift: wipe outer surface with damp cloth; open machine and wipe interior; wipe hopper with cloth then 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside/outside; wipe hopper and sterilize. After each production batch: clean completely. Replace seals on worm shaft regularly. Replace lube/grease periodically.
