SED-100YDZ-A — Liquid Nitrogen Cryo-Pelletizer

Liquid feed enters via two feed tubes that drip-form droplets into the pelletizing tank. Droplets cryo-freeze instantly in liquid nitrogen (-196°C) inside the conical-bottom tank. An electric agitator keeps liquid nitrogen circulating to prevent pellet agglomeration and gas-blanket isolation, ensuring pellet-to-LN2 contact. A LN2 supply valve and level controller hold the LN2 level. Density difference causes frozen pellets to sink to the cone bottom, where a screw conveyor lifts them out into an insulated collection vessel for cold-room storage. Ventilation maintains slight negative pressure inside the freeze tank to prevent nitrogen leakage.
