Funcionamiento

Mechanical transmission drives grinding blade and pressure-material leaf in opposite rotation. The angled pressure-material leaf feeds material to the grinding blade. A spiral-leaf rule on the knife forces the material across the inside of the sieve, where it is extruded through the screen holes into granules and discharged via the material blade.

Proceso de funcionamiento

1Mechanical transmission drives grinding blade and pressure-material leaf in opposite rotation.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Particle-manufacturing parts should be cleaned regularly. Reducer-box oil and rolling-axis grease must be replaced periodically. Worm-gear oil seal of endless screw to be inspected and replaced regularly.
