Funcionamiento
Powders are loaded via the top port into a vertical SUS304 bowl. The three-blade impeller (1–400 rpm, 7.5 kW) performs dry mixing. After binder addition the impeller continues to homogenise the wet mass. The side-mounted high-speed chopper (2–3000 rpm, 3 kW) then cuts the wet mass into uniform wet granules. Granules are transferred to the bundled cone-sieve mill for screening and sizing.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
After every batch, open the bowl, dump residue, and wash the SUS304 wetted parts in-place — full-circle interior with no dead corners speeds this. Inspect the chopper bearing seal and impeller seal after each batch.
