Funcionamiento
Air is drawn through a HEPA static-fabric filter and a G3/4" copper inlet filter; two adjustable-speed axial fans (0.55 kW × 2) push the air across a 15 kW SUS304 electric heater and a tunable air-distributor. Heated air circulates within the oven chamber, maximising heat transfer efficiency and reducing energy consumption. A pneumatic silicone seal closes the door; a pneumatic outlet valve controls exhaust. PT100 sensors feed the Siemens PLC for closed-loop temperature control.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Air is drawn through a HEPA static-fabric filter and a G3/4" copper inlet filter; two adjustable-speed axial fans (0.55 kW × 2) push the air across a 15 kW SUS304 electric heater and a tunable air-distributor.
2Heated air circulates within the oven chamber, maximising heat transfer efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
