Funcionamiento
Shrink-sleeve film is unwound from a Φ490 mm reel (paper-tube I.D. 76 mm) by a Chuanming VFD-drive motor; Taiwan Mean Well switching power supply. Panasonic PLC coordinates the label-feed servo (Xinje), cutter servo (Xinje), bottle-detection photoelectric (Panasonic) and conveyor (Chuanming VFD + Taiwan Teco VFD). After sleeving, the product passes through the bundled electric heat-shrink tunnel for final shrink.
