Funcionamiento
Roll-fed shrink-sleeve film unwinds from a 500 mm reel (paper-tube I.D. 4″/8″/10″ adjustable) under dynamic tension control. Twin servo-driven drive rollers feed the film at the required length; a high-speed servo-driven cutter (±1 mm) cuts the sleeve. The guide-column servo shooting mechanism places the sleeve on the bottle. Bottles travel on a stainless conveyor (6 m standard; 0–10 m/min VFD-adjustable) to the SED-1.5RS-D electric heat-shrink tunnel (380V, 18 kW) for final shrink.
