Funcionamiento
Material is loaded into the three-layer SS304 tank under vacuum; a 1.5kW low-speed single-direction frame-type stirrer with wall scrapers blends the bulk and prevents sticking on the tank wall, while a 3kW high-shear bottom homogeniser at 2800rpm emulsifies the phase. Finished emulsion discharges through the bottom outlet valve.
Proceso de funcionamiento
